$2000 Sign on Bonus

Pierce Leasing, a family-owned business with nearly 100 years of service in Montana, is seeking a dedicated CDL Driver/Set up Technician. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery and pick-up of mobile office and conex container units. The successful candidate will have daily interactions with our customers, requiring excellent customer service skills. This full-time, year-round position requires a Class A CDL License and offers limited overnight travel.

Sign on bonus will be paid $1000 after 30 days and $1000 after one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick-up units from customer work sites.
• Communicate with customers to verify delivery/pick-up details.
• Safely transport units to customer sites.
• Collaborate with customers to place units in desired locations.
• Set-up units according to contractual agreements and company standards.
• Complete necessary company paperwork and provide it to the Leasing Supervisor.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of DOT and CDL regulations and requirements.
• Promptly record and maintain all paperwork and logs.
• Adhere to all drive-time requirements and laws.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and insurability.
• Ability to understand and replicate technical construction tasks.
• Effective time management skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• General construction knowledge.
• Ability to pass all DISA requirements for access to refinery locations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
