Primary purpose of the Reman Dealer Development Specialist is to interact with the CNH Industrial dealer network in their daily activities associated with the wholesale & retail of remanufactured parts over the parts counter and through the service shop. The Dealer Development Specialist is to grow awareness and revenue from face to face and virtual calls with dealers, conducting training/educational sessions, hosting dealer visits at the CNH Industrial Reman plant, and leveraging the CNH sales & service team.

Dimensions:
Exceed sales and profitability targets for sales plan and grow individual assigned dealer sales in terms of dollars, breadth of portfolio, reman penetration, and increase overall number of dealers purchasing remanufactured products from CNH Industrial Reman.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales and profitability plan
  • Develop a cadence of regular territory face to face dealer touchpoints with top 25 dealers, and, other key segments of dealers
  • Extensive interaction within dealer network to drive awareness and sell ongoing and seasonal marketing / promotional activities and programs
  • Provide value proposition, product enhancements, and review competitive intelligence to develop and maintain our market-based price strategy
  • Daily face to face and/or telephonic/digital interface with internal and external customers, and CNH Industrial field sales and service personnel to develop and promote CNH Industrial Reman products and services
  • Provide regular reports / score cards to management regarding sales activity, results, and opportunities for improvement
  • Inside sales work including but not limited to internal training events, coordination of logistics around sales events, inbound/outbound calls to dealer network on sales and marketing programs
  • All other duties as needed to grow CNH Industrial Reman to surpass the yearly business plan.
The successful Reman Dealer Development Specialist will drive internal and external communication with the customer base of CNH Industrial to promote the CNH Industrial Reman product offering. The specialist will consistently engage their assigned dealer network to enhance the overall dealer Reman experience while driving product sales, product breadth, penetration, and margin. Specialist should also understand and bring forward opportunities for improvement in the areas of pricing, value proposition, quality, warranty, specific product development suggestions, and promotional activities. The specialist should always look to report upward to further our position as the market leader in remanufactured products.

Communication :
  • End Customer – communication in conjunction with dealers or direct, driving reman awareness and education
  • Dealer Network - daily information exchange on Reman Products and Programs.
  • CNH Part Sales and Service Teams - training of the PSSM, BAMS & ISS and team sales calls to the dealerships.
  • Other RTC and CNH Industrial Reman team members – dissemination of information and needs to other stake holders in the business unit.
  • Communicate with Safety to ensure all OSHA 1910 safety standards are met or exceeded
  • Communicate with Quality to ensure all ISO standards are met or exceeded

Requirements (including minimum education & years of experience) :
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to communicate with people
  • Self-starter and effectively work in an individual contributor role
  • Detail oriented, process driven with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED, Bachelor of Science degree preferred, in a business or technical discipline, or two years of related experience in lieu of each one year of formal education.
  • Minimum of four years field sales experience in a manufacturing, agriculture, or construction environment, with an emphasis on effective written and oral communication.
  • Ability to use personal/mainframe computer, specific sales software packages, Microsoft Office suite, email, copier, calculator, telephone, and fax machine
  • Walking, standing, stooping, bending, lifting and reaching
  • Ability to travel up to 65% of the time
