Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for an energetic and organized individual who is eager to learn about event planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation
Help create event materials, including invitations and signage
Manage registration and attendee communication
Support on-site event management and troubleshooting
Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback collection
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus
Benefits
