$13-18/hour + PTO | Full-Time (40 hours/week, weekends required)

Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-service oriented Front Desk Staff member to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience by assisting with check-ins, answering questions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the fitness club.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle member check-ins, membership inquiries, and account management
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general questions about services and programs
• Process payments and assist with scheduling or booking classes/sessions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
• Provide support to management and other staff as needed
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and the ability to handle payment processing
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, friendly, and professional attitude
• Must be available to work weekends (40-hour/week schedule required)

Compensation & Benefits
