Holiday Inn Express in Siloam Springs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room supplies.
Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Holiday Inn Express in Siloam Springs está buscando un/a Ama de Llaves dedicado/a y detallista para unirse a nuestro equipo! Como Ama de Llaves, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en garantizar que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de una estancia limpia, cómoda y acogedora.

Responsabilidades:

Limpiar y mantener las habitaciones, baños y áreas comunes según los estándares del hotel.
Cambiar ropa de cama, reemplazar toallas y reponer suministros en las habitaciones.
Aspirar, quitar el polvo, trapear y desinfectar superficies.
Reportar problemas de mantenimiento o daños a la administración.
Seguir todas las normas de seguridad e higiene.
Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente cuando interactúe con los huéspedes.

Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en limpieza o en un puesto similar (preferible, pero no obligatoria).
Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente e independiente.
Atención al detalle.
Capacidad para levantar hasta [X] libras y realizar tareas físicas como agacharse, estar de pie y levantar objetos.
Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos.
