Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and supporting critical tracking and reporting processes across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and tracking.

-Receive inventory reports from warehouse staff and record transactions in the system (BST).

-Adjust inventory quantities and update warehouse locations as needed.

-Coordinate testing processes for incoming products.

-Schedule and manage LTL shipping for both inbound and outbound freight.

-Complete tracking and reporting related to commissions, consignments, internal research, and contract growers.

-Prepare and distribute multiple scheduled reports to support operations and management.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in inventory control, logistics coordination, or related administrative roles.

-Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

-Proficiency with inventory management systems (experience with BST a plus).

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
