• Cooks average $20-$24+ per hour (hourly + tips, calculated 2022)

Diamond Knot brewpubs are full-service restaurants, fun, busy and established that are locally owned in Snohomish County. We are a beer first company with multiple retail locations and wholesale producer of beer in cans, bottles, and draft distribution for the PNW. Our high volume brewpubs provide a unique lively experience with exceptional food and craft beer that gives people a fun bar feel that families with kiddo’s can still be comfortable. In our 24th year, Diamond Knot is still a leader and innovator in the craft beer industry in the Puget Sound region. Many of our beers, specifically our flagship India Pale Ale set the benchmark for IPA’s in the PNW. Diamond Knot Brewpub @ MLT is located in the business district in Mountlake Terrace, just a short walk or drive from the new transit center on Interstate-5 and adjacent to Double DD Meats. Of course our location is family-friendly, and dog friendly, too, when the outdoor seating area is open. Just steps from the athletic fields and Sports Pavilion, we’ll be ready to host your private party in our private room or simply be there when your famished and need to re-energize. There is a full-scale production brewery, capable of producing up to 1,500 barrels of Diamond Knot’s finest each year.
