Job Title: Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote Anywhere in the U.S.
Job Type: Contract until 8/31/2026 (12 months)
Pay Rate: $60 hourly
Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead high-impact projects under limited supervision, applying independent judgment and initiative. This role requires expertise in managing enterprise content management solutions, coordinating across diverse stakeholders, and applying Agile principles to deliver successful outcomes. The Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Leadership: Guide the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex integrations
Oversight: Manage enterprise content management solution projects from concept through completion
Coordination: Work closely with senior leadership and project teams to align priorities and ensure smooth execution
Agile: Utilize Agile practices to manage project schedules, deliverables, and team workflows
Enhancement: Oversee upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance for Alfresco systems and related components
Reporting: Prepare clear project documentation, reports, and contract-related materials while tracking budgets
Engagement: Foster open, effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups
Flexibility: Remain available to support project needs outside regular working hours when necessary
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Experience: 6+ years leading projects with multiple stakeholders and integrated systems
Enterprise Systems: 6+ years managing enterprise content management solution initiatives
Budgeting: 6+ years managing projects with state budget and expense tracking requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Public Sector: 3+ years working with state agencies or public sector organizations
Agile: 3+ years applying Agile or Scrum methodologies in project delivery
Alfresco: 3+ years with Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging
Certifications: PMP and/or Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) credentials
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile software development and release processes
Contracts: Experience drafting, managing, and monitoring contracts and related costs
