Developer Role and Responsibilities

Your specific duties will be based on your experience as Project Manager - UiPath, and you will be an extended part of the client’s technical team, ensuring automation solutions are running effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering UiPath solutions in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. You will work closely with our enthusiastic business and technical specialists' team. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and an active security clearance (preferable) to lead and manage the successful delivery of automation initiatives for federal or defence clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end UiPath RPA project delivery in a secure environment.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and government agencies to define project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project compliance with federal security standards and organizational policies.
  • Lead project planning, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee UiPath bot development, testing, deployment, and documentation efforts.
  • Track progress and report project status, milestones, and issues to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Support business process discovery, requirements gathering, and process optimization.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Required Qualifications:
  • Active security clearance or experience with DOD Clients.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years specifically managing RPA projects using UiPath.
  • Proven track record of managing projects within federal or defence environments.
  • Strong understanding of the UiPath platform, including Orchestrator, Studio, and attended/unattended bots.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification a plus.
