Job Description

Sales Representative with a focus in Construction in Newington NH. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales   Representative to work inside and outside sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of commercial construction.

Base Pay- $55,000-$60,000 a year 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Upsell/ Cross selling of existing and new customers 
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and financing options with customers.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Communicate with the team 
• Overseeing and administrative tasks in our Project management software
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and company goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales
• Strong understanding of construction experience and materials
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
