The Headlines:

 

In the role of Security Supervisor-East working in Milwaukee, you will be part of the corporate security team and have overall security responsibility for specific Molson Coors Beverage Company facilities. This position will be responsible for ensuring Molson Coors Beverage Company Corporate Security policies, procedures, and industry standards are implemented by partnering with key facility stakeholders and driving top performance from our contract security partners.

 

This position reports to the Senior Manager Security Operations & Investigations and works closely with contract security personnel, key facility stakeholders such as site management, human resources, ethics and compliance, environmental health and safety, guest relations, and external vendors.

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensure contract security provider meets or exceeds performance expectations through performance reviews, regular meetings, ongoing training, and delivering/receiving feedback
  • Partner closely with the contract security personnel to communicate performance achievements, provide security needs of the business for the day-to-day operations of the facilities responsible for, along with receiving feedback
  • Assist in the development and design of security initiatives to meet current and future campus and stakeholder needs
  • Create and implement online training materials for all contract security officers

 

The Qualifications:  

  • Education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree
  • Prior active-duty military and/or law enforcement experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Experience as a member of a manufacturing department’s security team, preferably in a leadership role
  • Experience working in and supporting Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Custom Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), and Goods Manufacturing Processes (GMP)
  • Knowledge of tactical security activities such as CCTV, intrusion detection systems, access control, foot and vehicle patrols, bonded lots, report writing, and workplace violence prevention programs
  • CPR and AED certified (or able to obtain certification within 6 months of hire)
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional, and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships while communicating effectively
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Build solid professional relationships with local law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
  • Ability to work flexible hours is preferred
  • Must be able to pass company’s pre-employment background check and drug screening

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $60,900.00-  $80,000.00(posting salary range) + 10 target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
