**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Security Response & Emergency Representative in our Corporate Security, Security Response Center. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com **In this role, you will:** + Monitor, process, and troubleshoot complex level life safety, robbery, burglary, and other alarm issues in accordance with organizations security procedures in Security Response Center + Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Corporate Security area impact + Perform complex security, operational, and customer support tasks + Identify, troubleshoot, and analyze false alarm issues to reduce fines + Lead projects and serve as escalation point to assist analysts + Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff + Interact with immediate team on basic information, plus internal and external customers, Security Response Center Analysts, and vendors **Required Qualifications, US:** + 4+ years of Corporate Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Have a working knowledge of DMP alarm panels, Entre, Mastermind, Remote link programs.
