Are you a Staff Accountant? A growing CPA firm in Cranberry Township is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join its team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles who enjoys working in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support audits and tax planning engagements.
- Communicate with clients regarding financial data and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Participate in special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 1–3 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, UltraTax, or similar).
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
